Тож, якщо подумати на декілька кроків вперед, про післявоєнний період, стане зрозуміло, що поки неповороткі державні інституції оговтаються, матимемо потребу в громадських структурах, які зможуть оперативно підставити плече державі, бути більш гнучкими та ефективними там, де бюрократичні механізми не зможуть швидко дати результат.

Історія  економічного розвитку накопичила багатий досвід взаємодії влади й бізнесу, маючи за посередника такий громадський інститут як Торгово-промислова палата (ТПП). В умовах глобалізації світової економіки, посилення процесів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, боротьби за інвестиційні ресурси, ринки збуту актуальність функціонування ТПП тільки зростає. В сучасному світі ТПП загальновизнаний важливий інститут міжнародної взаємодії.

У нашому випадку було би цілком логічним запропонувати створення ТПП «Україна-Європа», у першу чергу,  як специфічного локомотива некомерційної підтримки українського підприємницького сектору.

Функціонал ТПП «Україна-Європа»

Загальна ціль ТПП «Україна-Європа» - ефективний захист бізнесу, сприяння його розвитку та виходу на зовнішні ринки. Діяльність ТПП буде органічно поєднувати два основні підходи – диверсифікації та спеціалізації. Диверсифікація передбачає різні форми й напрямки роботи. Це інформаційне та консультативне обслуговування, юридичне супроводження, глибоке вивчення кон’юнктури ринків іноземних країн та їх блокових союзів, організація виставок, ярмарок та багато іншого. Спеціалізація означає націленість того чи іншого підрозділу ТПП на вирішення певного кола завдань на найвищому якісному рівні, без бюрократичних затримок та перешкод, орієнтованих на конкретних підприємців або на бізнес структури.
